While we pack every order with care, occasional transit damage can occur.

If your item arrives broken:

Once reviewed, we will either issue a replacement or process a refund, at our discretion.
We’ll always aim to resolve the matter as quickly and fairly as possible.


🔁 Return Process

We accept returns under specific conditions:

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, only if:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • You received an incorrect product

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@theartcollectible.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting photos or videos

Please note:
Items purchased during a sale or marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.


Handmade Disclaimer

May of our pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans.
Slight variations in texture, color, or size are part of the charm of handmade work — they are not considered defects.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, we will:

  • Process a store credit within 2–3 business days

In case a monetary refund is approved:

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account
